BDMs review and approve email sequences before anything sends, while Celery-backed schedules drive automated follow-ups that pause automatically when a prospect replies, protecting sender reputation and compliance.
RBAC, assignment, and operations-grade backend
Role-based access control lets admins assign leads to pods with full visibility boundaries, backed by FastAPI services, PostgreSQL as the system of record, and Redis for hot queues and coordination across workers.
